Boasting three lakes; Wood, Lily and Swan Lake. 21-decked pegs on Wood and Lily and Swan Lake will have 36 pegs. All lakes are stocked with a wide variety of quality British fish. Swan lake and excellent 5 acre lake stocked with British carp weighing up to 37lb ideal syndicate lake.
Our beautifully maintained lakes are perfect for pleasure fishing. An idyllic, peaceful setting teamed with wildlife. We offer excellent facilities and easy access to most swims. There is a toilet block with a shower and a hut with tea, coffee, microwave , toaster , kettle and fridge. We have ample car parking spaces and are not too far from the A12 or the M25 links. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the sound of nature, everyone wants to relax and unwind from everyday life, here at Lakelands it is the perfect venue.

SWAN LAKE MEMBERSHIP
Membership for Swan lake is from the 1st of April.
Full ticket price is £450.00
Mid week over night is £370.00
Mid week day price is £250.00
You can bring one non fishing guest free of charge. Other guests pay £15.00 for the day or £30.00 for overnight.
Rules of Swan Lake
Unhooking mats or cradles are compulsory.
No fish to be sacked at anytime.
No permanently fixed leads or bolt rigs.
No braided mailine except spod and marker rods.
No shock leader safezone, leaders or lead core, rig tubing only.
ALL FISH MUST be photographed over mat or cradled at knee height.
BAIT BOATS ALLOWED.
LILY AND WOOD MEMBERSHIP
Membership for Wood and Lily lake starts from the 1st of April.
Membership price is £120.00. You can either pay via bank transfer or pop along and pay John our bailiff.
Tench up to 5lb - Roach and Rudd up to 3lb plus - Perch up to 5lb plus F1's and Bream.
Our Lakes
Our lakes are stocked with a wide variety of quality British fish. Swan Lake has 22 pegs and can be a pleasure fishing lake and a carp lake.
Our beautifully maintained lakes are perfect for pleasure fishing. An idyllic, peaceful setting teamed with wildlife. We offer excellent disabled facilities including a disabled toilet and shower, we are extremely proud of the standard of all our facilities at the lake.
We have ample car parking spaces, many convenient for disabled access. We are situated close to the A12 or the M25 links. Swan lake which is a 5 acre lake stocked with British carp up to 34lb. Also tench and bream and many more species.
