A luxury 2 bedroom lodge, one bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite, with king size bed and quality bedding. Bedroom 2 is equally spacious with a king size bed and large wardrobe and a bathroom with bath next door.
There is a large kitchen with modern facilities including a washing machine, fridge, oven and all crockery and cutlery.
There is a spacious furnished lounge with a 55" TV with Netflix and Amazon, DVD's, games, magazines and quality furniture, a modern dining area with quirky bits and pieces. There is Wi Fi for your convenience.
The private garden is a fantastic outside space with hot tub, double hammock, fire pit and gas BBQ. Ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers or entertaining.
Why not have a takeaway delivered or choose one of the many wonderful restaurants ind pubs in the area.
Included is fishing on all 3 lakes including the carp lake with carp up to 34lb. The Lodge is a 1 minute walk to the lakes.
We have a beautiful 15 acre fishery with an abundant of wild life including pygmy goats, chickens ducks and geese.
2 night minimum mid week £350 and weekends £420.00
Add on £100.00 for an extra 2 people for 2 nights when you want a 4 person booking.

Cancellation by you. Terms and agreement.
We understand that circumstances change and emergencies occur. Unfortunately if you cancel your booking within two months 50 % will be lost. For all cancellations made with more than 30 days remaining the charge is non refundable deposit will be lost. All cancellations must be in writing either by post or email. In the event of cancellation by you we reccomend that holiday insurance is purchased to protect you from loss. If you wish to transfer the date of your stay outside the cancellation time then your booking must be taken within a 6 month period from the orginal date of your stay. On cancellation we have the right to resell the booking.
All bookings are non transferable.
